A service package dedicated to the environment of working stations, containing extensive remote and on-site support. Aurora ServiceDesk is available in 2 versions: Standard and Enterprise.
The scope of administrative tasks:
- on-going support of users in operation of operating systems, office suites, and financial and accounting applications
- setup of printers and scanners
- installation and setup of accounting software (Symfonia, Płatnik, etc.)
- setup of access to databases, creating new users and database migration
- installation and setup of Płatnik
- installation of databases and certificates
- setup of peripheral devices in programs operating in DOS environment (mainly in accounting)
- setup of email and file backup
- website administration
- diagnostics of damaged computers and printers
- regular maintenance of computers, displays and printers
- Wi-Fi (WLAN) setup
- JAVA setup in view of requirements of electronic banking
- email system operation (creating new users, email program setup)
- installation and setup of antivirus software
- setup of network resources
- maintaining a database of hardware resources and software licences
The package includes a monitoring system and technical support by engineers of ITPunkt. It may be an addition to a solution supplied by us (servers, arrays, switches, virtualisation platform, etc.) or constitute a separate service for Customers who want to increase safety of their environment. Aurora Infrastructure is available in 2 versions: Standard and Enterprise.
The service includes:
- online monitoring of environment (without access to confidential information) or through a VPN tunnel
- online technical support provided by engineers for: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Networking & SAN Storage
- 24/7 support of critical element failures
- warranty repairs provided by manufacturer
- the possibility of buying additional hours for additional services, e.g. for the purpose of maintaining applications and servers
Aurora FaaS (Firewall as a Service)
The service includes implementation and maintaining of Firewall/IPS/IDS system with WWW Proxy service in the Customer’s environment. In the result, safety and the possibility of controlling user traffic in the Internet is significantly improved. Aurora FaaS may be an addition to a solution supplied by us (servers, arrays, switches, virtualisation platform, etc.) or an independent service for Customers who want to increase safety of their environment.
The service is offered through a monthly subscription and is available in 2 versions: Standard and Enterprise. In order to activate it, it is necessary to dedicate resources for a virtual machine (Vmware, Hyper-V, etc.) or a physical one from own hardware resources.
