Let's talk
If your application documents pique our interest, we'll contact you by phone. During the conversation, you'll tell us a bit more about yourself, your motivation, your career path so far, and your potential. In turn, we'll provide you with more detailed information about the job offer and answer your questions. If after the conversation, we believe you're a good candidate for the position, we'll arrange an interview with you.

Let's meet
The interview will be attended by a Recruitment Specialist and the Director/Manager/Leader of the department in which you want to work. During the meeting, we'll verify your knowledge and experience necessary for the position. It's also a time for you to ask detailed questions about the specifics of the job, the team, or the company culture. We'll be happy to tell you about our values, which guide us every day.

We'll let you know how it went
After the recruitment process is completed, a decision will be made about selecting the best candidate for the position, in our opinion – we hope it's you! Then, we'll extend a job offer to you – most likely during a subsequent meeting.
We will certainly ask you about your professional experience. So, prepare information about projects/tasks that you would like to showcase. Also, remember that a job interview is a place for your questions – feel free to ask us anything that is important to you.
Yes, of course. Regardless of the decision, we will contact you by phone or email. We keep candidates informed at every stage of the recruitment process.

Your direct supervisor will handle the recruitment – a leader, manager, or department director. If you're applying for a managerial position, the recruitment process will involve the president/vice president of ITPunkt assigned to that department.
The choice of employment form is up to you – we offer an employment contract or a B2B contract.
