Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • preparation and execution of the concluded agreement,

  • communication regarding your order or complaint,

  • issuing accounting documents (invoices),

  • maintaining accounting records.

The legal basis for data processing includes:

  • Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR),

  • Article 106e of the Act of 11 March 2004 on Value Added Tax (Journal of Laws 2022, item 931),

  • the Act of 29 September 1994 on Accounting (Journal of Laws 2021, item 217; Journal of Laws 2023, item 120).

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the agreement and then archived for 5 full years after the end of the financial year.

Your data may be disclosed to: the accounting office, collaborators, contractors, hosting service providers, and clients.

You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another controller.
You also have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, or object to its processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Providing personal data is a contractual or legal requirement and is necessary for the preparation of an offer, conclusion of an agreement, and issuance of an accounting document. Failure to provide the required data will make it impossible to conclude the agreement.
