Tomek is responsible for the sales, marketing, and financial and accounting departments. He's our Renaissance man! If someone is looking for someone responsible for something in the company and can't find them or wants to accomplish something "impossible," they eventually find Tomek!

Jacek is responsible for the IT Infrastructure Maintenance Department, commonly known as Service. He collaborates with clients on environment monitoring, system management, and user support. Additionally, he handles some administrative matters and ISO 27001 certification.

Jacek has quite an extensive role: besides "management," he is involved in implementations and supports our IT Infrastructure Maintenance Department with his knowledge. He's a versatile engineer! But that's not all – Jacek also participates in pre-sales activities (regarding backup systems) and marketing (related to social media).

Tomek is an experienced implementation engineer. However, after years of completing various projects, he decided to create a PreSales team within the company. Now, together with other specialists, he helps clients choose solutions tailored to their needs. You could say he reads clients' minds!

Magda has been part of ITPunkt since 2022 and currently serves as Administrative Director. She values clear principles and well-defined standards in her work, advocating for transparency in both thought and action.
Her calm, composed nature and positive attitude provide steady support to the entire company. At ITPunkt, she brings together logistics, HR, and administrative functions — the glue stick of our office world.
Justyna has been with ITPunkt since 2022 and leads the Marketing Department.
She is an experienced manager with over a decade of expertise across various areas of marketing. Her background includes running online and offline campaigns, managing both internal and external communication, and organizing professional events and training sessions.
Kasia joined ITPunkt in 2024, but her passion for technology and IT has been with her for over 12 years. She believes that the company’s success is built by the entire team, which is why she values collaboration and the engagement of every employee. Her work is focused on innovative solutions that meet clients’ expectations. Kasia’s mission is the continuous pursuit of new opportunities to drive ITPunkt’s growth.
Rafał has been with ITPunkt since 2021 and, since 2024, has held the position of Director of Quality and Service Development. He specializes in IT outsourcing, a field he has been involved in for over 20 years. Rafał supports clients with his broad knowledge across multiple areas, helping them select optimal solutions that, when combined with ITPunkt’s services, become effective and efficient tools for their business.
Piotr has been working at ITPunkt since 2012 and has been leading the Kraków branch from the very beginning.
He is known for his organizational memory, which his team of several dozen people benefits from. Nothing escapes him! He is a great enthusiast of his industry, constantly monitoring the market situation and trends. What is he most proud of in his work? His team!

Mateusz has been with ITPunkt for over 10 years, gaining his IT industry experience.
In his work, he bridges the gap between the business and technical worlds, ensuring that the final concept is understandable to both business owners and IT department managers. This allows him to effectively meet his clients' needs. Building long-term relationships is his priority.
Silesia and Poznan
Sylwia joined the ITPunkt team in December 2024 as Regional Director.
From the very beginning of her journey at ITPunkt — and previously in other IT sector organizations — she has placed great emphasis on collaboration and building strong, engaged teams.
She believes that an organization’s success is rooted in open communication, mutual support, and a shared commitment to goals. This translates into tangible results, such as efficiently delivered projects and a positive work environment.
