ITPunkt is an IT company with its own set of values.
We are a provider of IT services and products in the B2B sector. The foundation of our company consists of experts with rich experience and knowledge in the field of IT and sales. ITPunkt is made up of people - and this is not an empty phrase but a reality. International certificates issued by renowned hardware and software manufacturers confirm the highest quality of our services. Since 2010, ITPunkt has held the status of an authorized implementation partner of Dell (DPS), and in 2022, we earned the title of Partner of the Year. Furthermore, as the first in Poland, we have achieved the highest available level of services offered - DELL EMC Partner Titanium.
Five friends from the industry founded an IT company in Ruda Śląska - ITPunkt. In the same year, we entered into an engineering collaboration with Dell Technologies and signed a Master Service Agreement framework.
We hired our first 20 employees (some of whom still work with us today!) and became the first Titanium-level Dell Partner in Poland.
Time for expansion! We opened the first ITPunkt branches in Warsaw and Wrocław, adding to our headquarters for a total of 3 locations. Additionally, we focused on implementing virtual platforms and migrating to private clouds in our offerings.
We continued to grow! We opened another sales branch – this time in Kraków. In total, we operated in 4 cities: Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław, and Warsaw. More branches meant more employees and satisfied customers!
We received our first Dell Partner of the Year award! It was a milestone in our collaboration with Dell Technologies, and we continued to receive these awards practically every year in various categories.
Time for a financial recap: our revenue reached 50 million Polish złoty this year. Additionally, we implemented our first deployments and PoCs of MS HCI.
We opened another ITPunkt location, which is our youngest branch to date. This time, it was in Poznań! 2017 was also a year of new solutions and services in our portfolio. We developed two packages called Aurora Infrastructure and Aurora Service Desk to assist companies in developing and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
We received an invitation to the Dell Technologies President's Circle program, one of the 20 companies worldwide! It's a prestigious program that rewards partners with the best financial results from the previous year. A tremendous honor!
We doubled our revenue from 3 years ago, reaching 100 million Polish złoty this year. It's a signal to us that we are doing our job well, and our clients trust us, resulting in their satisfaction.
We expanded our portfolio with additional Auroras - this time, Aurora BaaS (Backup as a Service) and Aurora IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). Furthermore, we received another significant recognition: the IBM The Greatest Selling IBM Storage for New Clients in 2021 award.
This year was full of events! We moved from Ruda Śląska to Katowice and achieved record revenues of 200 million Polish złoty. We created a new visual identity, rebranded, and built the Microsoft Azure Stack HCI Competency Center. It's worth mentioning the growing importance of MultiCloud, container, and hyper-convergent solutions in the ITPunkt portfolio. This was definitely our year!
In the next year, we don't rest! We launched a profile on Instagram and a new website. We broke more sports records, renovated our office in Katowice, extended our partnership with Dell Technologies, and received the Partner of the Year 2023 Award in the Excellence in Cloud (EMEA) category.
